Window Tint Installer
Our installers are the reason we have 390+ five-star reviews. You'll install computer-cut, hand-finished 3M window film and paint protection film on cars, trucks, SUVs, and Teslas — including the tricky stuff like curved rear glass and panoramic roofs. Patience and clean technique matter more than speed here, and if you're new to film, we'll teach you how we do it.
In the bay
- Install 3M automotive window film — computer-cut patterns, hand-finished edges
- Install 3M paint protection film, from a partial front to full-vehicle coverage
- Remove old, bubbled, or purple tint cleanly without damaging the glass or defroster lines
- Keep every install dust-free and inspect each job before the customer sees it
- Occasionally install architectural film on office and commercial glass
What you bring
- 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Steady hands, a good eye for detail, and the patience to redo it until it’s right
- Reliable, on time, and comfortable standing and working on vehicles all day
- Willing to learn — experience is a plus, not required
Nice to have
- Window tint, PPF, or vinyl wrap installation experience
- Detailing or paint correction experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Shop Assistant
A reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with window tinting and general shop operations in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. It's the entry point into the trade: you'll learn tint installation from the ground up and have a real opportunity to grow into a full installer role.
Day to day
- Assist with automotive window tint and paint protection film installation
- Prepare vehicles for install — cleaning, taping, and setup
- Support our installers with the daily workflow
- Keep the bays and workspace clean, dust-free, and organized
- Handle shop tasks — inventory, tools, supplies, and trash
What you bring
- 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working on your feet in a garage / shop setting
Nice to have
- Prior automotive or detailing experience — preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license

Receptionist / Sales
You'll be the first person customers talk to. Answer phones, walk people through their options at the counter, give honest quotes, and keep the booking calendar full. If you genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them pick the right thing — not pushing the priciest one — this job is for you. We'll teach you the products.
Front desk & sales
- Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls, texts, and online quote requests
- Run customer consultations and explain tint, PPF, and ceramic coating options in plain language
- Give honest, accurate quotes and follow up on open estimates
- Explain Tennessee tint laws so customers pick a legal shade
- Schedule appointments and keep the shop calendar organized
- Check vehicles in and out and take payments
What you bring
- 18 years or older
- You enjoy talking to people — friendly and clear in person and on the phone
- Organized, reliable, and on time
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Willing to learn — experience is a plus, not required
Nice to have
- Customer service, sales, or front-desk experience
- Automotive or car-audio / accessories background
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
